A humble and budgeted 2BHK interior design for a family of three in Bandra East. The design employs a minimalist material palette with wooden finishes and an occasional dash of color to impart a soothing and elegant look to the space. Increasing storage capacity while maintaining a clutter-free aesthetic was the challenging part of the process and the end result achieves both. The bare walls with little to nothing to adorn them is a part of the brief as the clients intend to decorate the house with their own memories as time passes by. In many ways, the minimal design acts as a canvas upon which the clients’ life story will unfold.
